Well, the holidays are officially upon us and that means it’s baking season!! I think I bake more in the last two months, than the rest of the year combined. So, if you’re looking for a good peanut butter recipe, you definitely want to give this one a try. They are soft and OH SO delicious!
Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- ¾ Cups sugar
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 Cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 Egg
- ⅛ Tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a medium bowl beat the flour, sugar, and butter together until smooth.
- Add in the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated.
- Add in the egg and keep stirring until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the salt and mix another 10 seconds.
- Grease a cookie dish.
- Fill a large tablespoon halfway full with the batter and place on the cookie tray.
- Leave 1-2 inches between as cookies will spread when baking.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until slightly crispy on edges but still soft in the center.
- Let cookies cool outside of oven otherwise, they will become crispy.
- Serve and enjoy.
