I love a good stir-fry. Honestly, I like it better when I don’t have to cook it, but sometimes that’s just not an option. SO, here is a quick recipe for Korean stir fry noodles that is quick to whip up and will have you feeling like you had take-out…unfortunately, you will still have to do the dishes.
Korean Stir Fry Noodles
Ingredients
- 8 ounces noodles
- 1 Cup chopped carrots
- 1 Cup green beans
- 1 Cup peas
- 1 Cup corn
- ⅛ Cup sesame seed oil
- ¼ Cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame seeds to top
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions until they are al dente. Drain the water.
- Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables with the sesame seed oil and the ginger.
- Add the cooked noodles and the soy sauce and stir fry it for a couple of minutes.
- Serve in bowls and top with sesame seeds.
Tips
You can also do it with rice instead of noodles, or even use traditional spaghetti. If you don’t have fresh veggies or want to make this dish even quicker, you can also use a bag of frozen veggies. However, the veggies won’t be as crisp, if you use frozen.
