I can safely say we have the BEST Children’s Museum in the country! Yesterday it was well over 100 degrees outside, so a friend and I took our kids to the museum. We live in Indianapolis, IN, for those of you that don’t already know.
Since I have two young children, we get memberships every year to the zoo and Children’s Museum. These are great investments! There is always something for us to do…either indoors or out, and year round.
I thought I would share some pictures from our trip yesterday, just in case any of you were visiting the Indianapolis Area and wanted something to do.
The Bumble Bee Transformer from the original 2007 movie, waits for you as you enter!
Claire was VERY serious about planting in the Dora exhibit!
The girls love the Barbie exhibit.
You can even call Barbie and “talk” to her!
Lot’s of Fashionista’s strutting their stuff.
The attention to detail is amazing.
Everything is so interactive and realistic.
There are five levels and this building is massive. There are so many different areas and exhibits, that there is something for everyone. We have had a membership for three years and still haven’t seen everything.
And, we never leave without a ride on the indoor carousel.
If you are ever in the area, let me know. We would love to show you around! 😉
Have a great weekend.

I love our Children’s Museum!! I volunteer once a week at Wheeler Mission’s Women and Children’s Center. I work with the kids. All that was to say….we got to take the kids last month and those kids had a blast!! My favorite little boy was just in aw over the huge transformer. I took the school age girls and we hung out in the Barbie area forever. 🙂
