I’m sure we can all think of someone in our lives (and on our Christmas list) who is a jewelry lover!  Well, today I’m going to show you another 10 minute craft that is sure to make them OOOHHH and AAAHHH!

Supplies Needed:  Jewelry Glue, alligator clips (find here), two round pieces of jewelry with holes for jump rings (could be an old/new pair of earrings), small piece of decorative necklace, pliers, optional:  small  jump rings (find here).  You can find all these items at your local craft store in the jewelry making section.

Start by adding the alligator clip to your matching set of jewelry.  I found it best to stick a large needle in between the “teeth” of the clip, so it wouldn’t glue shut.

Once the glue has set, use either the existing jump rings or new ones to add the chain.

You can get as fancy as you want with this!  Add pendants or more layers of chains…  Antique, vintage or broken jewelry would be great to use and could personalize this gift even more!

To wear:  clip onto the opening of your cardigan.

I have really fine hair and sometimes necklaces will get caught, so I LOVE the concept of this!
