We have been having some REALLY weird weather here lately. On Friday it was cold!?!? Growing up in Texas, this is very strange to me, but hey I'm rolling with it because soon it will be so hot I'll wish it was cool. kick-off to summer: mommies night
Tuesday night we officially kicked-off summer in my neighborhood!! We had our, first of the season, annual Mommies & Mojitios. {We call it that but we rarely have mojitos.} We try to schedule these every other week during the summer, on a week night, in one of our backyards. Last week I had an opportunity to take a paint class at a local shop outside Indy. This wasn't just any paint...it is AMAZING!! I know almost all of you have heard about Annie Sloan Chalk Paint (TM) decorative paint, but I really didn't believe just how awesome it was until I tried it.
