I know many of you have seen and probably coveted the old rail carts that everyone is using for coffee tables, but if you can’t afford the real thing why not make one!?

I had some old wheels that I attached to the underneath using 3″ lag bolts.
Easy peasy!! New coffee table, with character! You will have to look around for the crate, but you could probably find one for free, too!

I love this idea..Sooo stinking cute!!.I picked up a piece of wood at an estate sale that would be perfect for this…do you know where I could pick up some wheels for the bottom?

A lot of home improvement type stores have them. Tracker Supply has a really good selection, but places like Harbor Freight or Menard’s have them at really good prices. I would love to see the finished product!!! 🙂
